Obituary of Theodore Wozniak Theodore T. ”Teddy” Wozniak, 66, Friday, May 18, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 7, 1951 he was the son of the late Theodore S. and Mary (Nowak) Wozniak. Teddy enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be remembered as a very kind and giving person. Teddy was the type of person who would do anything for anyone. He is survived by, Jeanna Wozniak and several cousins. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen Anne Aliberti. There is NO PRIOR visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 23rd at Divine Mercy Parish, 2437 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Burial following in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In Lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Niagara County SPCA, 2100 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
