Obituary of Mary Jury Mary A. Jury, 86, of Utica and formerly of Rome, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Presbyterian Home. She was born in El Paso, TX, on February 8, 1932, the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Sara Pacheco McLaughlin. On May 1, 1950, she was united in marriage to George Jury in Las Cruces, NM. He passed away on April 7, 2010. Mary was a communicant at St. Leo’s Church in Holland Patent. She is survived by: two daughters, Rosemary Bliss and her husband John of Gilbertsville, PA, and Gail Yakuboski and her husband Timothy of Floyd; a son, Donald Jury and his wife Denise of Farmington, NY; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by: four sisters, Nellie Espara, Clara Connors, Helen Tucci and Inez Pepper; and two brothers, Edward and Jessie McLaughlin. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00AM at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome. Interment will take place in Floyd Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
