Obituary of Jeffrey Van Vorst Jeffrey D. Van Vorst, 54, of Rensselaer died on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Albany Medical Center. Jeffrey was born in Albany on July 7, 1963. He was the son of Joan Bishop and the late Hooper V. Van Vorst, Jr. Survived by his sisters, Deborah (William Sr.) Adalian, Tina Van Vorst and Nikki (Jason) Wason. He is also survived by his Step mother Geoprgia Van Vorst and nephews William Jr. and Joseph Adalian, Jacoby Hooper Wason and neice, Reese Mary Wason. There will be a private memorial for family and friends at a later date.
