Obituary of Danielle Sikula Danielle M Sikula, 32, of Milan and a lifelong area resident, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Born on June 17, 1985, in Rhinebeck, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vivian (Nichols) Sikula. Her father and stepmother, Thomas (Tracey) Sikula, survive in Elizaville, NY. She was a graduate of Pine Plains Central Schools. Throughout her career, Danielle worked as a waitress in many venues throughout the Northern Dutchess area- most recently at The Beekman Arms in Rhinebeck. In addition to her father and step mother, she is survived by her three daughters, Jasmine Coon of Red Hook, NY, Brooke Sikula of Elizaville, NY, and Madison Douglas of Taghkanic, NY; her maternal grandfather John (Patsy) Nichols of Milan, NY; her maternal grandmother Sheila Berry of Bowdin, GA; her paternal grandmother Frances Sikula of Kingston, NY; her brother, Jeremy Sikula of Elizaville, NY; her longtime companion, Christopher Ethan Burton of Hudson, NY; an aunt, Catherine “Bunny” (Stuart) Davis of Hyde Park, NY; , Cousin Cathryn Nichols of Hyde Park, NY, Cousin Harley Nichols of FL; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Friends may call at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes on Wednesday May 23, 2018 from 4 to 6:30 PM. Funeral services will be held at 6:30 PM. Interment will be private.
