R. Darrell Broker Darrell Broker, 81, a 45+ year resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Darrell was preceded in death by his mother – Ruth Broker, father – Rudolph Broker, sister – Darrath Funk, and brother – Dwayne Broker. Darrell is survived by a daughter, two nieces, and three nephews. Born in Fairmont, Minnesota in 1936, Darrell graduated from Wisconsin Dells High School in 1954 and attended the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse and Stevens Point. After working as a chemist in the Wisconsin paper industry for 10 years, Darrell moved to Albuquerque and continued his career as an industrial chemist.
