Obituary for Maria Teresa Mitacchione (Toscano) Maria Teresa Mitacchione, (nee: Toscano), 81, of Roselle Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 11, 2018. Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Thursday May 17, 2018 at 8:45am. A Funeral Mass will be at Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park at 10am. Entombment will follow to St. Bernard Cemetery in Bridgewater, NJ. Visitation will be Wednesday 4 to 8pm. Born in Gruma Di Appula Bari, Italy, Maria Teresa came to the United States in 1961 and settled to Roselle Park, NJ. She was a baker for Path Mark in Garwood, NJ and a seamstress in Linden, NJ. Maria Teresa was a member of the Rosary Altar Society at Church of the Assumption in Roselle Park, NJ and Maria di Mellitto in Union City, NJ. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Andrea Mitacchione and a dear brother Vincent Toscano. Maria Teresa is survived by three loving children Anniemaria Small and her husband Daniel, Frank Mitacchione and his wife Aimee, and Dr. Michael Mitacchione and his wife Jessie, a dear sister Pia Campanelli and her husband Luca, and three adored grandchildren Luke, Julianna, and Sofia.
