Obituary for Joseph P. Habina Jr. Joseph P. Habina, Jr., a long-time resident of South Jersey, passed away on May 12, 2018 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Joseph and Dorothy Habina. He was the devoted father of Joseph Habina III, Karen Jeanne Leyendecker (Matt), James Leyendecker, and Peter Leyendecker. Proud grandfather of Wilson, Sydney, Matthew, Jameson, and George. Dear brother of Harry Habina (Mariellen), Karl Habina (Cheryl), and Theresa McGlinchey. He is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Joe was a devoted family man. He always put others before himself and would never think twice about lending a hand when someone needed it. He was a people-person and could always be found doing something with others. Joe loved spending time outdoors appreciating nature. He was a dedicated member of the Church of Scientology. Joe was a Highland High School graduate, attended Camden County College, and graduated from Lincoln Tech. He dedicated many years to being a Scout Master for the Boy Scouts. He worked for several years as an auditor for the Church of Scientology in Philadelphia, PA. He also worked for Home Depot. Joe also enjoyed getting involved in local politics.
