Joyce Fuller, age 84, of Smithville, formerly of Laclede, died Saturday, April 28, 2018, at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2;00pm at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield with Pastor Rex Leppin officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, May 5, 2018 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Laclede Cemetery in Laclede. Memorials to American Cancer Society may be left at or mailed to Wright Funeral Home, P.O. Box 496, Brookfield, MO 64628. L. Joyce, daughter of Orval and Helen (Kinison) Vaupel, was born December 24, 1933, in Carmi, Illinois. On May 21, 1952, she married Lehman Fuller who preceded her in death on February 14, 1992. Joyce was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Laclede and the Peppy Pomander’s. Survivors include two children, Daniel Fuller and wife, Shirley of Smithville, and Carolyn Price and husband, Dewayne of Doolittle; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Fuller, Kristopher Fuller, Ronnie Billings, Jason Billings, and Joshua Billings; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, JimVaupel and Edward Vaupel; and one sister, Mary Switzer. Her parents, two brothers, one sister, and one son, Ray Fuller also preceded her in death.
