Obituary for Mary Ellen Biddle (Mann ) Mary Ellen Biddle (nee Mann), age 85, of Sykesville, MD., died Monday, May 7, 2018 at Fairhaven Retirement Village in Sykesville, MD. Mary Ellen was the wife of Edwin McCready Biddle. She was born April 13, 1933 in Woodlawn, MD, the daughter of the late Lorin Lockhart Mann and the late Edith Adeline Mann (nee Clark). She was a homemaker. She worked for Retail Store Services in Woodlawn for 15 years and then was a secretary for London Fog. She was a member of Elders Baptist Church, Sunday School Teacher for many years at both Colonial Baptist Church and Elders Baptist Church. Surviving are a brother William Mann, children Ruth Ann Wells and husband Ken, Betty Lee Weber and husband Rick, Brenda Ewing, Pam Biddle, Lisa Schmuff and Mark Biddle, grandchildren Duke Ewing, Cassandra Hall, Anna Jean Ewing, James M. Jacobs, Hannah King, Adam, Peter, Olivia, Jared and Abbie Wells, James Ventura and Jason Ventura and fiancé Lindsay Lloyd, great grandchildren Felicity, Andrew, and Adeline King, Anne and Lucy Wells, Sophia and Geneva Hall, Levi and Charlotte Lloyd, Audrey, Harrison and Kellan Ventura; predeceased by late sister Diane Isenock and late brother Lorin “Jake” Mann. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W.
