John L. Emelio, 79, of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on May 28, 2018. Son of the late Louis and Bridget Emelio. Survived by his wife, Joyce Emelio, as well as his six children, Linda Emelio Jones of Clarksburg, MD, Debbie Grabenstein of Virginia, John Emelio, Jr. of Gaithersburg, MD, Susan Hollandsworth of North Carolina, Jesse Bossert Emelio of Oregon, and Caitlin Bossert Emelio of North Carolina. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and his sister, Patricia Mandley of Florida. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 10am at Covenant Life Church, 7501 Muncaster Mill Rd., Gaithersburg, MD 20877. A graveside service will follow at 1pm at All Souls Cemetery in Germantown, MD.
