Mr. James “Jim Tom” Walters, age 78, the husband of Phyllis Walters of Woodbine, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday morning at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the father of Douglas Walters of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Kellie Roeden of Corbin, Kentucky. Funeral arrangements for Mr. James “Jim Tom” Walters are incomplete at this time but will be announced later by Laurel Funeral Home. Laurel Funeral Home is honored to be of service to the Walters family.
