Samuel C. Kelley, 29 years, of Council Bluffs passed away at his residence Sunday, May 6, 2018. He was born October 13, 1988 to Charles and Mary (Gruttemeyer) Kelley. Samuel is preceded in death by his fiancée, Lexie McCarty; his grandparents, Alvin T. Gruttemeyer, Dean Kelley and Phyllis Kiszkiel.
