Phyllis Hendricks age 78 of Pennington Gap, VA and formerly of St. Charles, VA was born Sunday, April 21, 1940 in St. Charles, VA and passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Lee Nursing and Rehab. She had worked in the cafeteria at Carter Hall Nursing Home and was a member of the St. Charles Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Hendricks, two sons Carol and Gerald Hendricks, parents Benard and Maxine Salyers, three brothers and four sisters. Phyllis is survived by a son Michael Hendricks and wife, Patricia of Jonesville, VA, two daughters Theresa Wells of Big Stone Gap, ,VA, Michelle Collins and husband, Jerry of Radford, VA, six grandchildren Jason and Ryan Hendricks, Nicole Stafford, Candice Wells-Pendley, Amber Dunford, Jordyn Back, six great-grandchildren Elijah and Ava Stafford, Angler and Adalyn Dunford, Eli Back and Colin Pendley and two brothers Jim Salyers and wife, Omia of Dryden, VA, Bill Salyers and wife, Geraldine of Noblesville, IN.
