Obituary for William C. “Billy” McKean William C. “Billy” McKean, 66, of Jacksonville passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at his residence. He was born, July 28, 1951, in Quincy, the son of Charles and Frances Hays McKean. Surviving is sister, Janis Retting of Coal Valley; nieces, Hope Schenebriker and Faith Hour, and great nieces, Izaiah Fuller and Addlyn Hour. Billy loved music. He was in the band “3 Lanes Merged” and played the base guitar. Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.
