Patsy Ann Iturrian of Swansea, Illinois passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Bria of Belleville in Belleville, Illinois, having attained the age of 66 years, 8 months and 13 days. Born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 20, 1951, she was the daughter of John and Virginia Loesch, nee King. She was united in marriage to Leon Julian Iturrian at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois on December 3, 1999 and he preceded her in death on August 15, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Leon Julian Iturrian. Surviving are her children, Samantha (Ryan) McKinney of O’Fallon, Illinois and Ryan Wosylus of Evansville, Illinois; her sister, Rose (Frank) Averett of Collinsville, Illinois; her brother, Joe Smith of Belleville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Richard Wosylus of St. Louis, Missouri, Jordan Bala, Madison Bala and Presley McKinney, all of O’Fallon, Illinois, nieecs, nephews and many friends. All services will be private. The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
