Mark Daniel Brackett, Sr., age 55, of Montgomery, IL, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was born April 19, 1963 in Aurora, IL, the son of Robert Allen and Sylvia Ann nee Anderson Brackett, Sr. Mark was a hard-working, devoted son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. Family was his first priority, but he would have done anything for anyone. He is survived by his parents, children Paul (Lauren) Middleton of Yorkville, IL, Lauren (Adam) White of Wheaton, IL, Mark Brackett, Jr. of Montgomery, IL, grandchildren Emma, Owen, Nolan, Sullivan, Mia, sister Diana (Gus) Billos, brothers Robert (Patty) Brackett, Jr., Scott (Lori) Brackett, Steve (Christine) Brackett, Barry (Anita) Brackett, the mother of his children and dear friend Lori (Christian) Federman and many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543. A funeral service will be on Friday.
