Obituary for James Chamberlin Brooks James Chamberlin Brooks, age 52 of Rossville, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga Area. He was a loving brother and uncle, who will be greatly missed. James was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Flora Elizabeth Goforth Brooks, sister, Delores Brooks and brother, Jeff Brooks. He is survived by his sister, Angela Hardeman, brothers, Rockford Brooks and Daniel Brooks, nieces, Samantha McAllister and Brooke Collins, nephew, Matthew Brooks, great nieces, Jasmine Collins and Serena McAllister and great nephews, Landyn Lutton and Issac McAllister. A private family celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe.
