Mr. Westfaul is survived by children, Cody Westfaul, Brandie Joyner, and Brittany Cook; mother, Elaine Morgan (Bill); siblings, Charles Morgan (Allison), William Morgan Jr. (Kim), and Patricia Clifton; several nieces and nephews also survived.
