Obituary for Glenna Brunelle Glenna Brunelle, age 76, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away April 26, 2018 peacefully at home. She lived in New England for many years in the Hill Town of Russell, MA, as well as North Brookfield, MA before relocating to Port St. Lucie in 1989. Glenna was an accountant and was employed by several auto dealers, as well as other small businesses over the years. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, dining out with friends, and debating politics and world issues. Glenna enjoyed writing articles of local opinions and concerns and was often a consumer advocate for friends and acquaintances. In earlier years, she enjoyed travel, horseback riding, boating and motorcycle outings with friends. She was an entrepreneur in several business ventures, as well as a licensed real estate agent. Glenna is predeceased by her partner of 15 years, Jim Manning. She leaves behind close friends, Lefty (Jim), and Anna Cullen; two adult children, Joelle and Lefty (James) of North Brookfield, MA. Lori Myers of Palm City, FL, Patty Arnold also of Palm City, FL, Dennis Manning from Huntington Beach, CA, Dan and Brenda Dozack of Port St. Lucie, FL, Joe and Kathy Dayball of Fort Pierce, FL, attorney Michael Spots of Stuart, FL, Kelly and Everett Cooley of Russell, MA and many business associates and friends. Her beloved cat “Baby Boy” will miss her also. Her friends wish to thank the staff at Solace Care for providing her with compassionate nursing care and service.
