Charles Fowler Green, 63, of Bozrah, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Hartford Hospital. Born November 19, 1954 in Jamaica, Queens, NY, he was the son of the late Charles and Alice (Ging) Green. Mr. Green had proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. As a building contractor for many years, his career took him all over the world. He loved music and was an avid guitar player. Additionally, Charlie enjoyed being outdoors surrounded by the beauty of nature, especially while fishing and camping. He leaves to mourn his passing but cherish his memory his loving companion of nearly 20 years, Roseann Passantino; daughter, Kerri Perrone and her husband Jim of Summerville, SC; stepson, Patrick Passantino of Bozrah; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, James, Kyle and Julianna; sister, Susan Moriarty of West Babylon, LI, NY and numerous extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three siblings, Cassandra Hollien, Sharon Green and Ronald Green. Graveside services with military honors will be observed 12 noon Friday (June 15th) at the State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown. There are no calling hours.
