Brett Jon McCullough 2018

Brett Jon McCullough, age 52, of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, May 23, 2018. He was born December 15, 1965 in Hot Springs, son of the late Judy Tidwell Nutt and Terry McCullough. Also preceding him in death were grandparents Juanita (Forga) and Grady Tidwell; grandparents Jean and Bud McCullough; and stepfather Spriggs Nutt. He graduated from Lake Hamilton High School and attended Louisiana Tech. Brett was very talented. He could build anything and worked with his grandfather building water plants, houses, and other structures. He worked at Berry Plastics, in the siding business, Oaklawn Park, various other places, and was self-employed. He was kind, quick-witted, athletic, charming, and never met a stranger. He loved music and all things artistic. Like his mother, he never judged and would help anyone any way he could. He is dearly loved and missed. He is survived by son Skylar McCullough, Denver, Colorado; sister Tippi McCullough (Barbara Mariani), Little Rock; Stepsister Glenna Fisher (Will), Morrilton; Stepbrother Mike Dobbins (Neelie), Camden; many cousins, extended family members, and friends. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 1st, 2018 at the Mount Tabor Community Church with Reverend David Freeman and Reverend Donna Hankins-Hull officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas. Guest registry at www.davis-smith.com.
