Obituary of Melvin Sullivan Melvin R. Sullivan, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona passed away on May 14, 2018 at the age of 87. Mel was born on July 13, 1930 in Versailles, PA. He worked a long time in the Steel industry in Pennsylvania. In 1959 the young Sullivan family, Mel, Doris with their 2 children, Robert and Kirk moved to the Las Vegas area where Mel worked for many years at South West Gas Company. Fifteen years ago, Mel moved to Lake Havasu City with Donna Allen to spend their retirement together. Mel is survived by his longtime companion Donna Allen, his son Kirk Sullivan (Lisa), his sister Buddy Leech, and his two grandchildren Sean and Aubrey Sullivan.
