Rachel Morehouse was born December 30, 1929 to the parentage of James and Preola Morehouse, in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Rachel loved the Lord and his word. She was a member of the Greater Eleazer Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, where she served the church as, a usher for over 20 years. She was a faithful bible scholar, prayer warrior and one of the mother‘s of the church, until her decline in health. On Saturday April 14, 2018 Rachel fell asleep in the arms of Jesus from the comfort of her home. Left with her precious memories are her son Tommy L. Morehouse, brother Cornelious Morehouse, sisters Bernice Minter and Rebecca Barrett (and husband Lawrence), all of Fort Worth, and other family members.
