Obituary for Zeffie “Judy” Smith Pickel Zeffie “Judy” Smith Pickel, age 98, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Abingdon Health and Rehab. She was a lifelong resident of Bristol, the daughter of the late Farris and Mollie Hartsock Smith and was a member of North Bristol Baptist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Pickel and infant son, Dalton. Mrs. Pickel is survived by her special niece, Peggy Haire and her husband, Paul Sams, special friends, Richard and Patricia Ball, Peter and Mabel lamie, and Scott and Frances Lamie and several other nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be conducted in Mountain View Cemetery, Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Jim Smith officiating.
