Mrs. Betty Iwasik, age 75, of Unionville, Tennessee, died Friday, April 27, 2018 at her home in Unionville. Mrs. Iwasik was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and was a daughter of the late Robert Estill Brown and Edna Mae Nippers Brown Flowers. She was a homemaker and a former nurse. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Iwasik was also preceded in death by her step-father, Jim Flowers; sister, Janet Quirino and a brother, Johnny Brown. Mrs. Iwasik is survived by her husband, Roger Iwasik, Unionville, TN; daughters, Sherry (Donald) Loyd, Unionville, TN, Lorra Scales(Chuck Gawthorpe), Unionville, TN; sons, Scott Iwasik (Gail George), Columbia, TN, Terry Michael Iwasik (Linda Black), Shelbyville, TN; sisters, Joann Smotherman, Shelbyville, TN, Judy (Glenn) Stekler, Florida; grandchildren, Michael Loyd, J. R. Loyd, Andrew Leverette, Hammie Leverette; three great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Iwasik will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Amazing Grace Community Church, 1046 Unionville – Deason Road, Unionville, TN with Bro. Mike Hannah officiating. A fellowship meal for family and friends will follow at the Church. .
