Andrea “Sweetie” King Dickerson, 62, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at a local healthcare facility. Andrea worked for DHS for 19 years and then went on to retire from TDOT where she worked as an administrative assistant, in the Chattanooga office, after 15 years of service there. She enjoyed music, traveling, helping others and most of all spending time with her grandchildren, friends and family. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Abbie Ruth Kelly; brothers, Jerry King, Kenny (Patsy) King, Alan (Linda) King, Larry (Beverly) King, and Randy Miles King; sister-in-law, Carolyn King; grandchildren, Landan, Logan and Georgia; special niece, Nancy Jones, as well as several other nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends, Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 6-8pm at Companion Funeral Home: Cleveland Chapel. A celebration of life service will be held Monday, April 23, 2018 at 11am at Companion Funeral Home, with the burial to follow at Fort Hill Cemetery. Minister: Joe Brooks will be officiating.
