Obituary for Ann Elizabeth Capps Hyman Ann Elizabeth Capps Hyman, age 86, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at home, following a long illness. She was born in Horry County, a daughter of the late Joseph Lee and Joanna Tucker Capps. Ann worked for 41 years for John B. McCutcheon as a legal secretary. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a charter member of Langston Baptist Church, where she played the piano. She enjoyed baking cakes and pies for those she loved. She also enjoyed gardening and spoiling her cats. Along with her parents, Mrs. Hyman was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Howard Hyman. Surviving are her son, Chip Hyman; daughter, Beth Calhoun (Ken); grandson, John Calhoun; brother, Jack Capps; and sister, Sylvia Graham. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, April 23, 2018 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Dr. William R. Childs and Rev Jeff Dunn. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
