LUCILLE E. SAUL, 83, of Cranston, RI beloved wife of John J. Saul, Jr. passed away peacefully on April 5th. She was born on April 6, 1934 in Providence, RI and was the oldest daughter of the late Manual and Lucia Lima. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Lucille leaves behind four children – John Saul, Michael Saul and wife Jackie, Susan Lin and husband Robert, and Claudia Saul. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren – Benjamin Saul and wife Niki, Patrick Saul and wife Jessica, Zachary Saul and wife Carrie, Jack Saul, Stephanie Lin & Christina Lin. She was blessed with four great grandchildren – Jamie, Tristan, Kellan, & KayMarie. All of whom were the light of her life. She is survived by her sister Corinne Tierney, husband Robert Tierney and their two children Jayne & Julie, brother Kenneth Lima and husband Mark Sacco, and the late Gerald Lima, wife Karen Lima and their three children, Justine, Christopher, and Bethany. Lucille worked for the past 40 years as a retail sales associate. She had an unwavering work ethic and an impeccable sense of style. She lived life on her own terms with confidence & conviction. She is best described as an unconventional woman who lived in a conventional time. She was a generous and kind hearted woman, with an incomparable sense of wit. A very special thank you to the staff at Coventry Center for their exceptional care, particularly for the extraordinary compassion shown by Erin and Gracie. Her funeral is Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. from “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mark Church, Cranston.
