Mark Wilkinson October 1 1943 April 17 2018 (age 74)

Mark Edward Wilkinson, 74, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 while at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. The son of Harry “Bud” and Eleanor Jean (Scott) Wilkinson, he was born October 1, 1943 in Altoona. Mark was employed in the construction industry and as an iron worker. He enjoyed carpentry and following school sports, and he loved spending time with his family and his dog. Surviving are his mother; significant other, Suzette Prenni; children, Brett, Darren, Buffie (Dave), Shasta, and D. Justin (Wendy) Wilkinson and Brandon (Madalyn) and Brooke (Charles) Prenni; stepdaughter, Aleah Prenni (Joni); grandchildren, Jana and Lacey Wilkinson, Destiny Dunbar, Legend Wilkinson, Justice Viano, Owen Brewer, Carson and Levi Stahl; sister, Cheryl (Jake) Lewis; and his beloved dog, Mika. Mark was preceded in death by his father and a son, Kurt Wilkinson. Friends will be received on Saturday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow in the Lefdahl Chapel with Pastor Micah McMillen, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the American Heart Association or Four Footed Friends.
