Josephine E. “Billie” Bouch, 101, DuBois, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Christ the King Manor. Born January 16, 1917 in DuBois, PA; a daughter to the late Clark & Vera (Michaels) Phillips. She was first married to John “Jack” Schock whom preceded her in death and then she married Edward Bouch, whom also preceded her in death. Billie is survived by her two children Mrs. Gerald (Sandra) Marcoe of Wisconsin and Keith Schock of Florida, five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchild. Billie was a graduate of DAHS and had worked for Jefferson Electronics for many years before retiring. In addition to her parents and both husbands, she was also preceded by a son Jack Schock, three sisters Laura Senior, Ruth Ball Smith and Betty Heberling and three brothers Frank, Jack and Richard Phillips.
