Obituary for James Vincent “Tink” Harvey James Vincent “Tink” Harvey age 48 of Labelle, PA died on Sunday, March 18, 2018. He was born on May 28, 1969 in McKeesport, PA to Daria Krivohlovy Harvey of Labelle, PA and James Harvey of Brownsville, PA. He was a life member of Luzerne Twp. Volunteer Fire Department with 34 years of service. He held many positions in the fire company; including Assistant Chief, Lieutenant, President, Vice President, Trustee and most recently, Safety Officer. Tink was a friend to all and a true asset to the community, and he surely cannot be replaced. He is survived by his mother, Daria Krivohlovy Harvey with whom he made his home. His father, James Harvey and step mom Candace. sister, Marie Elena Boger brothers, John Harvey and wife Rebecca Daniel Harvey and wife Krysta step brother, Larry Ulery and wife Maria step sister, Jodi Sheplar and husband Ryan step brother, Jeremy Ulery numerous nieces, nephews and cousins Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park St., Brownsville, PA on Wednesday from 2- 4 and 6 – 8PM. A prayer service will be held on Thursday at 9:30 AM in the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in the Historic Church of St. Peter with the Rev. Fr. Timothy Kruthaupt as celebrant. Entombment in Lafayette Memorial Park. The Luzerne Twp. Volunteer Fire Department will conduct services on Wednesday at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Luzerne Twp. Fire Dept.
