Peggy Lou Fallon 2018

Peggy Lou Seehorn Beck Fallon passed away on April 21, 2018 in Albany, OR. Peggy was born to Roy Stanley Seehorn and Lula Brim Seehorn in Spokane, WA on April 15, 1934. She was the sixth of eight children, and grew up with her sister and six brothers in Spokane. Peggy married Wayne Beck on February 11, 1954. They made their home in Post Falls, ID, where they raised their three girls and welcomed countless friends. After Wayne passed away on June 17, 1984, Peggy continued in Post Falls until she married Ken Fallon on October 14, 1993. Peggy and Ken lived in Lincoln City, OR, where they enjoyed sweet companionship with one another and fellowship with many dear friends and family. When Peggy married Ken, she gained three children and three grandchildren. She welcomed them into her heart and life, and they received her and her family as their own. Their care and kindness enriched Peggy’s later years and encompassed her whole family. Peggy was a dearly beloved friend of many. Her love was without bounds; her kindness and compassion touched all who knew her. Her generosity of spirit was evident in all her ways. Peggy delighted in the company of children, and exuded playfulness and energy. She had a caring heart for young and old, great and small alike. Even those who knew her only in her final days were touched by the beauty of her spirit. Peggy’s most enduring legacy is her life of faith. She loved the Lord with all her heart, soul, mind, and strength, and trusted Him through all the hills and valleys of life. When her view of life’s last stretch became dim due to illness, she continued to trust that He would keep her until the end, and exhorted others to be faithful in their places. Peggy was predeceased by her parents and her six brothers: Stanley, Neil, Lloyd, Glen, Larry and Ron. She is survived by her husband, Ken; her sister, Dwyla (Buck) Seehorn Nelson; her children, Cheri (Philadelphia, PA), Charlene (Eugene, OR), and Marilyn Beck (Olympia, WA); Linda Fallon (Lake Oswego, OR), Jim (Karin) Fallon (Manhattan Beach, CA), and Cindy (Todd) Colebrook (Port Ludlow, WA). She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kera, Ryan, and Amy Parker; seven “adopted” grandchildren, Kara, Kirstin, Kelsay and Kendal (Rachel) Yung; Clinton (Glenda), Nathan (Alexandra) and Jordan Lewis; and many more dear friends to whom she was like a sister, mother and grandmother.
