Obituary for Twila J. Fox Twila J. Fox, age 85, of Wooster, formerly of Rittman, died Friday, April 13, 2018, at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster, following a period of declining health. Twila was born on April 12, 1933, in Marshallville, to the late Maynard and Mabel (Kreakie) Wagner and graduated from Rittman High School in 1951. She married Wilmer R. Fox on December 2, 1951, in Rittman. Wilmer died on October 10, 2005. She was the first dispatcher for the City of Rittman and then worked in the office for Dr. Vargas for over 15 years, retiring in the early 1980s. Twila was a member of Rittman United Methodist Church, Rittman Grand Squares Dance Club, the Red Hatters, and the Flying Eagles CB Radio Club. She enjoyed camping, shopping and trips to Las Vegas, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. Surviving are two sons, Brian Fox of Wadsworth, and Steve (Tina) Fox of Wooster; daughter, Brenda (Mark) Adkins of Rushville; daughter-in-law, Vickie Fox of Rittman; four grandchildren, Robin (Chris) Goodman, Dan (Kat) Adkins, Kayla Adkins, and Courtney Fox; and two great grandchildren, Emma and Olivia. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Barry Fox; son, Donald Fox; and brother, Royce Wagner. Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Auble-Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W. Sunset Dr., Rittman, with Pastor Jim Ellis officiating. Burial will take place at Rittman Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday at the funeral home, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
