JENNIE I GRIMM January 12 1929 April 19 2018 (age 89)

JENNIE I. GRIMM age 89, passed away at Eaglewood Village Thursday, April 19, 2018. She was born January 12, 1929 in Springfield the daughter of the late Henry & Lula (Vanscoy) Gross. Jennie graduated from Springfield High School in 1947 and City Hospital School of Nursing in 1950. She worked as Head nurse in the Emergency Room, Recovery Room, Minor Surgery and Urology. She retired in 1986. She and her husband were faithful members of Central U.M.C. They were very active in Rainbow Table. Jennie was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; her parents; sister Nancy Klontz; infant daughter, Peggy Ann; and special niece, Terri Allen. She is survived by a sister, Ruby (Bob) Harmison; and numerous nieces and nephews & cousins. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Monday, April 30, 2018 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with a memorial service at 11 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity or Grace U.M.C., 1401 West Main St., Springfield, Ohio 45504.
