Obituary for Ellen V. Bauders Ellen V. Bauders, 93, of Rittman, died Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Medina Hospice following a brief illness. She was born April 24, 1924 in Fort Gay, West Virginia to the late John E. and Gussie (Crabtree) Boyes and lived most of her life in Rittman. She married Andrew J. Bauders on November 11, 1944; he preceded her in death on December 11, 2011. Ellen was a homemaker and dedicated her life to caring for her family. She will be remembered for being a loving and gentle soul. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going on walks with her husband, gardening, and flowers and crocheting. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wadsworth. Surviving is son, Jerry (Heather) Bauders of Stone Creek, Ohio and; daughters, Barbara Anderson of Wooster and Beth (Kirk) Ambrose of Rittman; grandchildren, Brian (Kim) Howman, Jeff (Kandise) Howman, Brodie (Heidi) Bauders, Coen Bauders and Erin (Ian) McClaskey; great grandchildren, Owen, Sarah, Colin, Adisyn, Leah, Grace and Andrew; and daughter-in-law, Raeshelle Bauders. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Andrew; son, Denny Bauders; great grandchild, Kellan; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters. Private family services will be held at a later date. There will be no calling hours. Auble-Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman is assisting the family with arrangements.
