Obituary for Pamella D. Meehan Pamella D. Meehan 76, of Chatham, died April 13, 2018 at her home in Chatham. Born July 27, 1941 in Hudson,and was a graduate of Ockawamick High School class of 1958. She was the wife of the late James C. Meehan who died in 2001. Pamella retired as Philmont Village Clerk and also the Philmont and Chatham Pharmacy. She was a past member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Chatham Fire Dept. Auxiliary, and member of the Chatham American Legion Post #42 Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by step-sons William, James and John Meehan one step-daughter Barbara Fisher her sister Yvonne Slominski and grandchildren: Steven, Thomas and Katie Meehan, Brian and Matthew Fisher and Chris Christiana as well as other family and friends. In accordance with her wishes, her remains will be buried with her husband in Mellenville Union Cemetery at a later date. Graveside committal prayers will be in Mellenville Union Cemetery on Friday April 27, 2018 at 2:00pm.
