Obituary for Fred Jeffery Eugene Miner Fred Jeffery Eugene Miner, age 26, passed away on April 14, 2018. He was born on August 25, 1991, in Westerly, RI, and is the son of Donna Martell and the late Jeffery Miner. Besides his mother, Fred is survived by his sisters Jennifer, Lisa, Hannah, and brothers Richard and Silas, and several aunts and uncles, cousins, and nieces. Besides his father, he is predeceased by his brother Jeffrey. Fred was very family oriented he took pride in himself, his family and friendships meant a lot to him.
