On April 8, 2018, James, age 79. Loving husband of Anna M. Dugan (nee Fullmer). Devoted father to AnnMarie (Bill) Buechele, Jim (Kim) Dugan, LisaAnn Dugan, and Bernadette (Matt) Strickland. Heroic and mentoring Pop-Pop to Haley, Sean, Matthew, Patrick, Jaclyn, Molly, Connor, Tyler, Liam and Abigail. He served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard, and served his faith as a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. He retired from the Postal Service after many years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday morning, 9-10am at the: ORA L. WOOSTER FUNERAL HOME, 51 Park Blvd. Clementon, NJ 08021. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish-St. Lawrence Campus, 135 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ 08021. Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
