She worked as a cashier at the Community Theater which laid the foundation for lifetime love of movies. Denice then worked at Mepco for several years before she assumed her ultimate role as full time wife, mother, sister, and friend who put family and friends above all else. The 3rd of 7 children, Denice was a lynchpin for her family both here in New Jersey and overseas in Montescaglioso, Italy. It was in Montescaglioso that she met and eventually married her husband, Joseph Padula. Soon after, they were blessed with a daughter, Diane, and Denice put all her heart into raising her to become the strong and independent woman she is today. Throughout her life, it was the continuous presence and influence of family and friends that made her life complete. She will be remembered for her strength, compassion, and ability to live life on her terms (not to mention her many trips to Atlantic City). Denice was preceded in death by her husband Joe and her brothers Frank, Rocky, Joe, and Paul.
