Obituary for Sandy Bahr Bahr, Sandy, of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born February 2, 1945, in Portland, Maine, to Ruby (nee Leon-Andrews) Kerr and entered into rest Saturday, April 14, 2018 at SSM St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 73 years, 2 months, and 12 days. She is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Cecil G. Kerr. She is survived by, Two (2) children Pamela (Aaron) Britton, of Dittmer, Missouri, and James R. Richardson, of Fenton, Missouri, Four (4) Grandchildren, Star Richardson, Zachary (Stella) Henson, Race Richardson, and Ashley Faith Richardson, Two (2) Siblings, James H. (Edith) Fisher, of Cedar Hill, Missouri, and Faye (Joe) Wester, of Grubville, Missouri, A special dog, Kissee, Nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and many friends, Sandy is remembered as being an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed watching movies, Wheel of Fortune, and listening to country music. She loved spending time with her family and friends and her dog Kissee. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A service will be held on Friday, April 20, at 2:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
