Obituary for Maureen Adams (Wilson) Maureen Wilson Adams, age 50, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday April 14, 2018 following a long heroic battle with cancer. She grew up in St. Louis, attended Villa Duchesne and graduated from TCU. She loved her Pi Beta Phi sorority. After graduation, she worked for the Pi Phi National Office, volunteered for Claymont, and started her own creative businesses. Maureen was a devoted wife, wonderful mother, aunt, daughter and sister. She is survived by her devoted husband, Keith Adams, and two daughters, Bryn 11, and Harper 7, her parents George and Linda Wilson, sister Katherine Dixon (Thomas), and sister Amy McDermott (Frank) and many amazing aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday April 17 at Bopp Chapel in Kirkwood from 5 -7:30 p.m. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday April 18th at Christ Prince of Peace Church in Manchester with burial to follow at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery in Creve Coeur. We would like to thank her family, friends, and the caring staff at Siteman and Evelyn’s House who have been so supportive during Maureen’s illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Annie’s Hope, Disabled Athlete Sports Association (DASA), or Powered by Hope Foundation.
