Ada Ann Smith, age 68, of Gray, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Hillcrest Health and Rehab in Corbin, Kentucky. She was born on March 3, 1950 in Knox County, Kentucky to the late Woodson Smith and Ressie (Hibbard) Smith. She was a member of Hazel Fork Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until the funeral hour on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Croley Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM. Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenny Johnson, Rev. Dan Watkins, and Claude Medlan officiating. Following the Service she will be laid to rest in the Troutman Family Cemetery in Gray.
