Obituary for Cody Alan Norris
Cody Alan Norris, 30, a lifetime Morgan County resident, passed from this life on Sunday, April 1st, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 20, 1987 in Martinsville, IN to Mark Alan Norris and Krista Elaine (Fink) Norris.
Cody was an Eminence High School graduate with the Class of 2005, he also attended Vincennes University. He currently worked for TOA in Mooresville.
Cody was loved, and his presence will be missed greatly by his loving family. He adored his children and family. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid sports fan.
Cody leaves behind his parents, Mark Alan Norris of Eminence and Krista Elaine Norris; sons, Corbin Alan and Quincy Alexander Norris, all of Martinsville; son, Bronson Elias Norris, expected in May; fiancé, Brittany Lynn Johnson; sister, Mirriha Dawn Norris; niece, Lilly Ann Badger; nephew, John Wesley Badger and his grandfather and companion, Clifford “Spike” Nail & Diane Hawks, all of Martinsville. He also leaves behind several aunts and uncles and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marty Tracy; grandfather, Jerry Fink and grandparents, John & Mildred Norris.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, April 5th from 4-8 pm at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center and Friday and April 6th from 10-11 am at River Valley Christian Church, 4295 Egbert Rd., Martinsville, IN. A memorial service celebrating Cody’s life will begin Friday at 11:00 am at the church.
