Obituary for Phyllis G. Noe Phyllis G. Noe, 91, of Washington, passed away at 4:15 pm Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria. She was born July 18, 1926 in Chicago to William and Anna Goodman MacRae. She married Raymond V. Noe, the love of her life on Oct. 9, 1954 celebrating 63 years of marriage. He survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Diane (Robbin) Goings of Mt. Zion; 3 sons, John and James of Peoria, and Michael (Pam) of Morton; 4 grandchildren, David (Dee) Goings of Jacksonville, Sarah (Josh) Terrian of Lovington, Christina Goings of Forest Park, Michael Ice of Peoria; and 3 great-grandchildren, Katie, James and Julia. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel; and brother, Kenneth. Phyllis worked at Caterpillar Inc. for 11 ½ years, last working in 1956. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Washington and former member of St. Cecelia Catholic Church in Peoria. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or Transitions Hospice. The family would like to send a special thank you to Transitions Hospice, especially Shawn and Bri; and the staff at Rosewood Care Center for all of their loving care. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm Tuesday, April 10th at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. Funeral Mass will be at 10am Wednesday, April 11th at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Washington, with Fr. Stephen Willard officiating. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria.
