Obituary for Ms. Lillie B. McGhee Ms. Lillie B. McGhee, 63, of Peoria, IL passed away peacefully at 6:55 am on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Unity Point Methodist Hospital. Lillie was born on March 16, 1955 in Maud, Mississippi to Ella Mae Williams and Johnie Rayford. Lillie formerly worked in housekeeping at Bel-Wood Nursing Home for many years. Lillie loved the Lord and was definitely all about Him and her family! She was very independent, outspoken and fun loving. During her past time, she could be found fishing or tending her beautiful garden. Lillie leaves to cherish her most precious memory her loving and devoted daughter, Sheila Ingram of Peoria; her loving mother, Eloise Rayford of Peoria; three brothers, Bobby Cagle, Willie (Denise) Cagle and Lyntee (Marie) Curley all of Peoria; five sisters, Carolyn Williams of Chicago, Tammy (LC) Lobdell, Johnetta Rayford, Rhonda Cagle and Annie (P. Arthur) Carter all of Peoria; two grandchildren Alvin Ingram and Sadilya Erving all of Peoria; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; twin sons, Alvin Ingram and Alphonso Ingram and grandmothers, Roberta Williams and Georgia Mae Williams. A visitation will be held at 11 am on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Simons Mortuary followed by Lillie’s burial at Lutheran Cemetery. Deacon Charlie Moten of Corinthians Missionary Baptist Church of Memphis, TN, will bring words of comfort. Simons Mortuary has been entrusted with arrangements.
