Lillian Betty Moore Lowery, age 87 of Carrollton, GA born in Atlanta, GA on June 13, 1930 to William Kermit and Ruby Pritchett Moore, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018. Mrs. Lowery retired as an underwriter for Garlington Hardwick Insurance after 27 years service and was a member of the Chattahoochee Second Baptist Church in Atlanta for many years. A visitation will be held from 12-1 pm Tuesday, April 17 at the Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna.
