Evelyn Baranowski 2018

Evelyn M. Baranowski, age 80, of Middleburg, FL passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018. Born on May 12, 1937 in Bath County, VA to William and Blanche Riley; she was one of 14 children. Evelyn married her beloved husband, Elmer S. Baranowski on November 30, 1969 and enjoyed nearly 34 years of marriage before he passed away on October 19, 2003. She was also preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, and her son, Robert R. Baranowski. Evelyn is survived by 3 grandchildren: James (Anessa), Vivian, and Elisha Baranowski; a great-grandchild, Charlie Baranowski; 3 step-daughters: Margaret, Ann, and Mary; a step-son, James; 3 step-grandchildren: Christian, Cassandra, and Caleb; a special sister-in-law, Brenda Sue Riley; a dear friend, Dale Horn; and her daughter-in-law, Angie Baranowski; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Evelyn loved to play Bingo and also enjoyed bowling, but above all, she loved her family and treasured time spent with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL. Pastor Jerry Lankford will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Haven Hospice (800) 727-1889.
