Obituary of Erica Rich
Erica Blessing Rich, age 31, of Chapel Hill died Saturday, March 24, 2018.
Erica is survived by her mother Mary Hamilton; father Jeff Rich and his wife Dawn; sisters; Jessi Cochran, Lydia McSwain, daughter; Aubrianna Phillips, fiancé Joey Warick, grandparents Bonnie Rich and Archie Cooley; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Jean Cooley and her grandfather Lester Rich.
Erica was a giving person who tried to put others above herself. In spite of her numerous illnesses, she was able to touch many lives with her tender heart and always had a ready smile and positive attitude. She persevered through hard times and did not let her past dictate her future. She was a fun loving mother who enjoyed playing games and crafting with her daughter, Aubrianna, who she loved more than life itself. Erica used her body as a canvas for her creative expression. She had a unique sense of humor and enjoyed saying inappropriate things at inappropriate times to shock people and spice things up. Her love of nature and her beautiful singing voice will be remembered and missed.
Vistiation will be on Friday, March 30, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm with the memorial service begining at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Murfreesboro Funeral Home with John Smith officiating.
