Obituary of Michael Steven McElyea Mr. Michael Steven McElyea, age 75 of Portland, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 12, 2024 at Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte, Florida. Mr. McElyea was born on November 9, 1948 in Moline, Illinois to Edwin H. McElyea and Catherine D. Kephart. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Cindy McElyea; brother in laws, Gary Kelley and Kelvin Gregory.
