Joseph Toma Obituary Joseph L. Toma 70, of Swiftwater, Pa. passed away on Wednesday April 24, 2024. Born in Queens, New York he was the son of Lawrence and Mary (Corrao) Toma. Joe was a resident of the Swiftwater area for the past 2 years and prior to that he resided in the East Stroudsburg, Pa. area.
